Hi fiasm' date=' please pm them to me too. I was watching this to see how I can curb the boredom. Thanks [/quote']

What do I do to curb the boredom? I got some tri-bars, put the pc in front of the pc/playstation, get need for speed or any racing game and have fun.<?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Set your hr monitor to the desired HR and keep it for 2 hours.

WARNING:

Set an alarm so you know when to stop.

they're all good boredom busters but as I told others, you need to vary what you do on the IDT. For instance, start with a warm up and do 5 minute sets-one hard and the next not so hard. Good luck keeping at it for two hours, though! LOL

just play with various intervals

10min warm up

10 x 3min hard and 2 min off

5 min rest

10 x 1min on 1min off

5 min rest

5x 2min on 2 min off

10min cool down

ClapClapClap

a year or two ago i found an 'remote/adopter' on the net that plugs into the PS and works like a steerer. it got connected to the bike somehow (cannot remember exactly how). i couldn't find it is SA, so giave up on that idea.

Worked great on 'car' games, cause cadence = speed on the game and steering the car worked through moving the bikes handlebar!
