Linden Cycles = Again

I spend my morning travelling from one LBS to another trying to get a rear MTB wheel with cracked rim sorted. I understand that its close to new year and stock cannot be ordered now. All of them said they can only help in the new year with no real effort to assist.

Got to Linden Cycles and what great service. They did not have the exact rim in stock but adviced me to rather wait untill they can order one. No effort to assist was too much and eventually they gave me a loan wheel to use untill they can resolve the stock shortage, changed my tyre, cassette and brake disk to their wheel.

A big WELLDONE to the team at Linden Cycles for excellent service and nothing too much to assist their customers.

Based on all the positive comments, if I need anything from a LBS in future I will definitely travel the 23km to them.  I am totally gatvol for the ones near me.
