PC builds - Pre Win XP

Good morning technie Hubbers!

 

Who has experience with PC builds of as this stage 20 year old hardware & software? 

 

I'm looking at a PC build so I can play some nostalgic classics, because it's proving to be very difficult to port them over to Windows 10 etc. I'm looking at playing specifically NFS High Stakes aka 4 and Porsche 2000 aka 5. 

 

Some websites like GOG.com have successfully reworked some classics to work on WIN8 and above, but sometimes these websites don't contain your personal classics.
