First time rider looking for advice

As a first time rider registered for this year's race, I'd love to speak with someone who's done the race once or twice. I have a host of questions from ranging from travel advice, accommodations pre- and post-race, gear recommendations, etc.

 

If anyone here would be willing to share their experience, I'd love to arrange a time to speak--perhaps over Skype of Zoom.

Apologies for any confusion. It is indeed Cape Epic. I'm slated to ride in October this year.

 

I'm actually based in the States so I realize with the time difference, this could be difficult but I'm more than happy to work around South African schedules!
