Tips on selling your house - make sure you have no outstanding debts for which the property is a surety (ie. a second bond or loan). 

Stuck with this headache now (I'm the buyer). Incredibly frustrating and downright reckless to not disclose to the buyer, yes?

Serious tip if you are the seller or the buyer ... make flipping certain that what is on site is the same as per the approved council plans.

 

Getting many people looking for assistance to formalise illegal works on their properties as of late, and also some poor purchasers need to make good to what the previous owners never ever submitted to council/built illegally.

I'm busy getting quotes for gas line installation into kitchen. I can DIY, but wanted to make sure it gets a COC for reselling the property later.
