Vetplant Posted August 4, 2021 Share I read through the rules for a draw on Omaze. The following line stood out to me: In addition to all of the other requirements stated in these Official Rules, if the Potential Winner is a Canadian resident, (s)he must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to be eligible to be confirmed the Winner. What the flip?! Share any random rules you find in the T's and C's of random draws etc.
TNT1 Posted August 4, 2021 Share Quote Skill-testing questions are there because they are required by Canadian sweepstakes law. https://www.thebalanceeveryday.com/why-have-skill-testing-questions-for-sweepstakes-896839
