Diedrich Posted October 7, 2021 Share I had the same problem and used dry ice to freeze / shrink the seatpost. I used an old 2l plastic cool drink bottle and cut it down the middle to get it around the seatpost. Taped it up and chipped pieces of dry ice off and filled it up around the seatpost. The seatpost gets a lot colder than using normal ice and I was lucky enough to free the seatpost BaGearA
Eldron Posted October 7, 2021 Share I freed an alu seat pillar from a Cannondale Topstone yesterday using a combination of ice packs, penetrating oil and the seat clamp in a bench vice. It looked like someone had glued it in there. No corrosion or anything. Weird... MORNE
