Hi Hubbers,

First time wanting to purchase a power meter, looking at purchasing a single sided, left arm Sram GXP Power Meter.

Is the above enough, or do you require the spindle as well?

you normally just get the crank arm that fits on the spindle you currently have. Never really understood why they sell spindles ?

I would think the spindles are designed for crank sets where the spindle is fixed to the non drive side, these are normally not removable.

Yes, you buy just the arm. Just check whether its gxp or dub as the crank arms are different

And check the length of the crankarm
