Karoo to West Coast. 4 The Animals.

Hello FRIENDS

This is what I am doing. I am now Operating an Animal Shelter for Cats and Kittens on a Farm. The Shelter is registered under the name "CATZ SPACE". 

 

I set out to Cycle across the Peninsula to raise awareness for Animal Shelters.

 

Departing from,

LADISMITH, ANYSBERG area for LAINSBURG onto TOUWS RIVER and CERES.

Then over to GOUDA, PORTERVILLE, PIKETBURG and VELDDRIFT.

Then over to LANGEBAAN and CAPE TOWN.

Returning, from CAPE TOWN over to PAARL and DU TOUIS KLOOF to WORCESTER.

Then over to ROBERTSON, MONTAGUE and BARRYDALE before (Where I ended up walking back home, 70km) back to LADISMITH, ANYSBERG Farm area.

CYCLING KAROO TO COAST, WEST COAST, CAPE TOWN & BACK

Return to Ladismith yesterday morning and my BB Collapsed.

Ended walking the last km's.

Only one Puncture.

Snapped my saddle bolt.

Firstly, there is no reason to apologise for your mental health or be ashamed of it. We are all under stress, and I'm sure cycling is an outlet for many of us here. So when things get tough, don't be too hard on yourself.

You are doing a great job with these cats, I can see you are surrounded by love.
