Please help with advice. I've been using Continental x-King protection 27.5 x 2.3 as a rear Tyre. Unfortunately I can't find it anywhere! Do you know of a shop selling it?

Any advice if need be to change to another brand will really help a lot.

Info: 27.5 x 2.3 rear, Continental 27.5 x 2.3 Mountain King in front, I train 6 days a week, races up to 70km, I weigh 65kg, conditions mainly dry, cross country and trail riding, fairly aggressive riding.

Thank you in advance.

CWC often have tires in store, which is not on their online store.

Found some nice new 27,5 rubber for my ebike this way.

Maybe check if CycleLab does this .....

Evobikes often have a selection of 27,5 tires.

I remember seeing quite a few 27.5 tires at Melo Velo, think it was last week

Don't remember whether there were any xc/trail, just noted the enduro ones, but there were dhf, assegai and I think some ardents.

I am a big conti fan, but you will have better luck buying from overseas. Bike24, bikediscount should have. Otherwise locally have a look at the wtb trailboss. It is sort of a mix between the xking and mountain king. Dont underestimate those knobs, the grip they give is just awesome.

Also found there was some tyres not available in 27.5 anymore .... wanted a 27.5 hardpack tyre ... couldn't find what I was looking for.

Wonder if 27.5 will become obsolete in a couple of years, .. is 29" DH the new std? ....

As long as there are mullet MTBs and eBikes, 27.5 will not disappear. The tyres available tend to be the more gravity focused tread patterns however. There is a huge range of 27.5 tyres available at CRC for instance.

27.5 is also great for the smaller bikes, where 29er would be a bit too big, many brands keep their S models on 27.5
