First UCI World Tour win for Ashleigh Moolman Pasio

So stoked for this Lady Pro with her first UCI Women's World Tour win at the Tour de Romandie🥇

Today was a special day!  

My Mom gave me a bookmark many years ago when I woke up from coma after a near fatal head injury with the Winsten Churchill quote ... "Never never never give up!" 

It's taken 13 years, moving to a different continent, hard work, sacrifice, sweat, tears, dedication, dissapointments, victories, crashes, injuries, lessons ... not to mention a community of people behind me, an ever support family and most importantly ... a husband who has always believed in me and who has stood by my side every step of the way ... through it all, we never gave up! And today I finally won my first UCI Women's World Tour race solo on the Queen Stage at Tour de Romandie. 

This one I dedicate to my rock Carl Pasio 🪨 ❤️

One more day to defend the leaders jersey with my super strong SDworx Team on the beautiful Swiss roads of Romandie 👊

It’s very synchronistic that both her and Louis earned their 1st ever WT wins this year.
