Reviving this in the hopes that someone has an answer, I purchased a 2nd hand Xcadey SRAM 3 Bolt spider and I was completely unaware that the spider had it's own specific bolts needed to fix the spider to the crank, quite a bit of money later, I have had to buy a new crank and cannot install the spider without getting the correct bolts.

$1 for 6 screws is decent but $30 shipping makes it nearly R100 per screw.

I am hoping someone knows where to buy them locally??

Im sure a local bolt n nut place will help.

Iff im not mistaken its not a niche bolt spec

I've tried Google and have contacted a few local nut and bolt shops, some have a similar size but not the flat top 🫣 from past mistakes, if the screw protrudes it rubs on the BB cup.

Very odd they haven't used a more common screw for the spider.

Hi, Ive used Shimano mtb cleat screws on them. It's the same tread, countersunk spec that pinches the pm base to the crank. If you can't find or do not come right with such PM me so that we can sort you out.

Cheers

These are the screws that were used to fit, we tried numerous other common screws.

If the head size isn't 100% correct and sits flush with the spider, the head rubs on the BB.
and if the head catches the "first lip" of the spider (as per picture) they are installed skew and this threaded the crank.
