It's like any other product on the market, you have to follow a diet to see the true effects.

Guy at the office was using them and he complained about serious headache in the beginning

hey speedi15..... at your age I would not recomend taking any form of stimulant...... this is a fat burner.... so rather speak to you GP before using any thing..... could really not be good for your heart.....

Hi Speedi - must say I was very impressed with your lights thread a while back that seemed to go for 357 episodes - have you got a good one working yet?

On the Phedra cut it suits some but not others, it certainly shakes up your metabolism & I found it uncomfortable.

I think you're 15 or so & should have absolutely no need for this kind of stuff.  I see it as promising a short cut for older, heavier people - a poor substitute for a healthy outdoor life for those of us cooped up in offices.

Try it if you're desperate for some research, but I don't want your folks blaming me if you trash the furniture through an uncontrolled burst of magical energy.

works, my friend is 1st team prop and he took it to tone up and yea it works but you have to put the work in. My advice dont take it if you are under 18.

Apparently it makes you fart. Was an interesting conversation around the Hub breakfast table after a ride the other morning. I will not mention names.

Mampara, last weekend we saw you at a Hub breakfast table but it was just you and a Lady friend, kind of narrows it down a bit Wink

the light? ok it works well, the problem i have is with the RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES, they only last 4-5 hrs instead of 13+hrs with the Alkaline batteries. something to do with the voltage. recharge batts are 1.2v, normal alkaline are 1.5... but ya its bright and it does work. i would say its a bit brighter than the sigma karma to give you an idea smiley1.gif Speedi152008-07-16 04:24:14
