Hi Guys,

I saw a cyclist down at the Lion Park Circle yesterday just before 08:00.

The cyclist looked badly injured and luckily had lots of help from fellow riders.

There was already lots of help, so I passed onwards towards the Caves.

Can stop thinking about it and just want to find out if the rider is ok?

Really hope he's ok.

Thanks

Good evening. This message literally brought me to tears. That was me, I’m alive and completely humbled by this message, and all the support on the day.

The stem broke on my fork and the wheel literally flipped out, planting me squarely on my face. I was knocked out for a minute but the ambulance rushed me to hospital, did a CT scan and all checked out. I did have to do some cosmetic fix-up which was done today. I’m perfectly fine

Thank you again for this. Reminds me that good still exists in this world and the cycling community is just an exemplary of that.

i shall see you all again in the cradle in exactly 2 weeks.

All the love in the world,

I passed by "late in your crash" and like always, felt sad that someone went down. So glad you're on the mend!

That sounds like horrible crash. I'm glad you're on your way to recovery.
