Just got an email that the race is postponed to the 8th June due to the relentless rains that Joeys is having. 

All entries carried over at no additonal cost to the riders

Not a bad call I recon, joburgs roads are a mess at the moment

What are the chances it’ll be a dry day on Sunday now?

The route back is always a mess with peak Sunday traffic and horrible crossings with "marshals"

Good move, even if its dry on Sunday the roads will be completely stuffed from all this rain.

We do that route all the time on Sundays without any issues, without marshals.

Just start earlier and finish before the traffic, easy game

Think Dexter is referring to the route during the race... i.e. cannot really choose to start earlier ... have to earn that ride through better seeding
