Not really. All explained in the other thread linked higher up, mostly from facebook posts by the various actors involved. Should be a big enough story for a news publication to pick it up, but until then no one has done an executive summary for the public to read.

Yeah. But not it's about the money! Also accountability. How much do you think was "redirected"?

This is where I'm hoping this will go! To generate enough momentum for a media publication to do an investigation and publish the findings.

I think they in were in a 🕳️  way too deep. My 50% discounted entry received over easter seemed to have been a donation. I definitely dont think they planned this mess.

Having done plenty of their events including Tour du Cap twice. They even gave me a complimentary entry after a crash and DNF.

I've peacefully moved on.

Thank you for this . I found a press release.  I see they in liquidation. In that case I leave it in the hands of the powers that be. Thank you all!
