Giant Neostrack

Any one find they can't upload a ride to the Giant Neostrack app . My last ride i could upload was on the 29th Dec . As of the 2nd i can't log in or upload . Keep on getting a message " SERVER NO RESPONSE "

Good morning, yep I have been having this same annoying issue. Also tried to login on Neostrack.com with no joy. I hope it's down for maintenance, otherwise annoying cable uploads via PC is our only choice.

Hi. James here from Dragons Sports (Giant SA). 

I reached out to Giant yesterday and here's the reply. We did inform a caller yesterday that the units were discontinue 4 or 5 years ago and the servers might of been shut down, but Giant has confirmed and given options to continue using the units. Sorry about this.

 

Dear James,

Since NeosTrack and NeosGPS were discontinued in 2019, and our APP has been faithfully serving for six years after that.

 

However, with the rapid advancement of software technology, the existing NeosTrack APP is no longer compatible with our backend systems. After careful evaluation, we have made the decision to officially terminate the NeosTrack APP service on December 31, 2025.

 

Important reminders:

• Rider's riding data remains fully preserved in NeosTrack and NeosGPS unit

• Please connect the  NeosTrack and NeosGPS units to the PC to download the riding data (.fit files)

• And recommend uploading the data to third-party cycling platforms or storing it safely on your personal computer

• All APP backend data have permanently deleted after service termination and cannot be recovered.

To assist you with this transition, I will be preparing a comprehensive guide on:

How to download riding data from your NeosTrack and NeosGPS computer and step-by-step instructions for uploading data to third-party cycling platforms such as Strava.

I was hoping aswell for a maintenance issue. Now it seems either the cable /pc or get something else

Thank you so much 🙏 . Struggled a bit as they had app problems, but managed to sort it now. Neostrack linked and all rides downloaded.
