A few years ago, Revolution Cycles had spare Boa dials. I recall buying a new one from them and installing it myself. Was quite easy. Try calling them.

Pretty simple to service it yourself. Get a 1mm torx key and undo the screw on the BOA system (hint... its inside the O)

Check it out inside, clean it and put back together. You might just find that the wire is tangled inside which leads to the system not unwinding correctly when you take your shoes off. 

Its really an easy check

Sometimes you need to use their support to request the replacements. Their automated systems ships out of Hong Kong via SAPO which takes about 3 months. They did this twice with me and eventually when I went to support directly, they shipped Fedex from the US.

BOA has a lifetime guarantee for their dials - lifetime of the shoes.

Most Specialized dealers keep a few spare boas. 

In the past the boa warranty process was flawless but heard rumours this  is not the case anymore. Let us know what your experience is
