YES, it is a "real store", in a business hub in Durbanville.  I have had some excellent and some "lack luster" service in this store .... I have a liking for Bontrager items, so I have spent a fair bit of money with them over the years.

 

CONFIRM STOCK IN STORE before putting money down .... (jip, a back story to this)

Yep - they are our local Trek specialist, many of my riding buddies have bought from them directly. So yes - legit and trustworthy.

Stock has to be ordered and requesting a deposit...........thats what brought me here

Their shop is at Spiros Corner in the centre of Durbanville, if its an expensive item and you need some peace of mind might be worth visiting the shop in person?

Have you seen fuel prices.......lol

Unfortunately even though im in CT its near impossible to get out to them

Sorry, rather reach out to more Trek dealers .... hopefully somebody has stock.

 

OR ... a 10 or 20% deposit, NOT the full amount ... in which case you WILL get a call when your stock arive .....

Small shop with very low stock .

Finally collected the bike we ordered from Best Bikes and we had excellent service from Kyle / Chris.

Great to have such a pleasant experience
