Kitty was laughing at the red band across my feet.  I remembered to put sunblock on my legs, just not on my feet... & I was wearing slops   And I thought my cyclist tan couldn't get any worse

Congrats on your Tandem ride!!  Heard you and Jason did STUNNING!!!  Now he knows what I am going through every tandem ride!!!!!!!!

We compared our heart rate files & at no time during the entire ride did my heart rate go as low or lower than Jason's... therefore I worked harder   So yeah... we know what you're doing on your tandem ride.. COASTING while your poor wife does all the work!!

I continually have my chain coming off.

You can get it at any bike shop.  It is called a Dog fang.  WIll post pic.  Works very well!
