Much better place than SlaapStad, nice beaches, nicer people, not stuck up, nicer rides, better weather. Even did the famous Marine drive ride on Saturday mornings (but the cows were absent). I would propose as an interim measure a rejuvenating bitumen emulsion spray with 1% latex added. They should then definitely include the resealing of the road in their future budget. Even though the road is exibiting block cracking, with the cracks sealed (rather messy I would say) the road surface is extremely dried out and needs rehabilitation URGENTLY. PS if they need Civil ENgineering Consultants to advise the city council on maintenance or create a maintenance schedule I can advise them in the correct way!!!!!!!!
