[/quote'] Sweet, thanks, yeah my mom moans bout me making marks on the walls so i have to put a cushion against all the parts that touch the wall. But unfortunately it does not make me faster, i have been riding this bike since the begginning of the year and no improvement But i am training properly now so i should be okay next year

Hey Michelle, i think it's eggs and something else, not sure wot is on that plate, it's been there a while though, came with the house Incidently we moved into the house in 1989 So whatever is on that plate came from the eighties
