Sydd Posted October 13, 2008 Share Bio Anabolics makes a really good drink, Bio Cycle. Its very similar to Isodrive, but since you can hardly get that any more... And it got a team of 4 guys through Trans Baviaans... Also on the note of isotonic/hypotonic, surely if you just mix the drink with less powder then it becomes hypotonic. Seriously though - Powerade in the bottle, water in the backpack for long rides and races. I'm normally half dead during races though. Short rides: water only.
