  Handy Andy will certainly take out the dirt but won't repair sun damage. Best thing to do is replace and maybe try another brand of tape.

Replace it with new tape .... it should cost you < R100 ...

No tape will stay white when your hands are not clean. Maybe look at a plastick like tape.

I noticed RavX has a white tape that is fully synthetic...I had the black one just like it, got blood on mine, once it dried it just fell off!!

 

The white should be pretty durable! It's got a feux carbon look to it too!
