Unfortuantely Sonic won't be able to make it. He still has whiplash from the bike park crash and when he rode on Thursday he has made it worse. He has now been strapped up by the physio and shouldn't be riding.

On the other hand I will be there in full force, I have even grown the hairs on my legs so that I fit in with the MTB crowd Big%20smile.

Nancy put the kettle on.

IanJ.... you'd better be there!!! I've organised a REALLY big kettle Wink

and people dropping out so far:

 - w-endfan... did a John Lee Augustyn this morning down an embankment (he has to see how he's feeling after the fall in the morning)

 - Holy Roller..... will be there, but is sick with a sore throat, might have to pull out early

 - Sonic..... whiplash

 - Slick Friend #2.... flu

 - Dirt Rider..... something about changing nappies Big%20smile

ah well.... I think we still have a big enough crowd to warrant putting the kettle on!!

Nancy, I don't want to add to the drop-out list, but just came here for a break from a heated discussion and 2 crying kids. The wife says 70 k's is too far for a kid to ride a quad. She says Aaron will not sit still for that long, doing nothing on the back. To be honest, I never thought about that.

Hope you have all put your things out for tomorrow.

Poor Holy has to leave home in an hour or 2 just get there on time. For the the rest of us, sleep tight.

Nancy, thanks so much for organising the ride. Please thank your folks for letting us take over their place too.

I thoroughly enjoyed the ride and we must definitely do it again.

Thanks Nancy, was a great ride - up to the point where I decided to go down the other side of the hill Dead

I got in bed last night at 18h30 for a 'little nap', got up at 21h30 to have a few Sprinkle Pops and another glass of juice, brushed my teeth and went back to bed. Can remember when last I slept that much. Next time I'll try this ride without the hangover.

Looking at all the pics, I feel like I missed a family reunion. Judging by some of the words and the pics of the hills, I don't think I would have made it the little quad would have made it with 2 kids on itLOL. Well done Nancy, and It's good to see everyone enjoyed itThumbs%20Up

Nancy, you've set the standard really high for future Hub rides .. the facilities were incredible!  Thanks so much for all your effort - I hope we behaved well enough to be invited back *hint hint* Wink

And Loon, I hope your fiance enjoyed her first 'real' outride enough to want to do it again Big%20smile

Good to see some familiar faces and to meet some new ones.

I definitely need to get on my bike a bit more.... I was feeling that climb yesterday and my heart rate was doing very interesting things Smile
