I was wondering if there was not a set of pads that will work on my normal training rims and that works also on my Zipp 404 Tubbies?  I normally forget to change them until it is to late.  The cork brake pads also feels a lot better than the normal ones on the Zipps.

If you are only going to use your cork pads, i would suggest that before fitting your carbon wheels to take some sandpaper and clean the cork pads....i found that they picked up metal pieces from my alu rims and then left fine scratches on my carbon wheels.  First prize is to change them.

Corima brake pads are made specifically for carbon rims. Most of the pro tour bunch uses them, no matter what wheel brands they use. Corima even make them for some well-known brands, to be re-branded and sold on...

I use Cormia pads on my Boras, and have no problems at all. They work really well! I also use them when i put my Alu training wheels on the bike, but like Shadowchaser said, always just sand them down a bit before you put the carbon wheels back on. Mine always pick up bits of Alu from the rim.
