I have a mate who has been nailed a couple of times in the Parklands traffic circles. Good luck with the recovery. Hope you make the DC. What team are you on?

owwwwww, that looks eina. i am so glad that you are basically ok though - cuts heal and bikes can be replaced but people can't

i hope the effer gets caught and shares a cell with Bubba or one of his brothers. but that is unlikely, so i really really hope that karma catches him and deals out appropriate punishment to him.

Hey Andre ct, Hope you get better soon. Cycling along Parklands main roads is a nightmare especially early am or when there is no traffic. Seems like there is a rule that if you can see car anywhere close to a stop street then there is no need to slow down.

Andre, I will get that reg number distributed amongst our club in the Outrider News and lets see if we can catch this *&%er

i'm going to see how i feel in a few days, but i'm doubtful

my left ankle hurts and right shoulder, hip and back. i'm more worried about my ankle right now

i have a large/56 frame...which may or may not be a tad bit too small...i'm 1.9m

i've been making slight adjustments these past weeks but i think i am more comfortable now

Well if you do decide to ride, you're welcome to use one of my bicycles. The Litespeed Ultimate I commute on has 10speed Campy Centaur and Campy Vento wheels. You just need to put normal 23c tyres on (I use 28c cyclocross types for commuting).

The frame is a 59cm (and I'm 1.84m as a reference)..oh and I live in Parklands as well..

if you can get a bike or have yours repaired , the quicker you start riding the better. getting the blood circulating wil help with the healing process. start of slowly and you'll be flying by DC.

I'll get our Club Captain or Chairman post the Reg number in this Weeks West Coast A.C Newsletter

We have several Outrider Members at the running club as well so the more people who know the better.
