Wonder Woman Posted January 31, 2007 Posted January 31, 2007 I personally think that this day and age and the way our soil is sooo overused, even eating correctly isn't enough with our stringent training programmes and most of us still work full days etc etc. I have now discovered the Food State vitamins, which come in the form of food and is registered as such by the body. One draw back, they're big and taste ugly so you need to down them as fast as possible.
fatcyclist Posted January 31, 2007 Posted January 31, 2007 they're big and taste ugly so you need to down them as fast as possible. If you didn't know my Pta tandem partner, I would make such rude comments now
bikemonster Posted January 31, 2007 Posted January 31, 2007 As often as possible I take: 1 x vitamin B1 x vitamin E1 x vitamin E (but a different one)1 x vitamin R Works for me!
TNT1 Posted January 31, 2007 Posted January 31, 2007 It is necessary if you do heavy training. Dunno hey, I remember Dan Craven saying the first thing the team doc made him do when he got to Europe was to stop taking vitamin supplements...
MichH Posted January 31, 2007 Posted January 31, 2007 AlidaWhat Iron Supplements do you take? DTswiss spoke nipples. Are we back to the riding 2 a breast comments again?!
Delgado Posted January 31, 2007 Posted January 31, 2007 I think that the best way of ensuring your body the correct and natural minerals and vitamins is just to eat properly. Makes perfect sense but is very difficult when living western values...
Delgado Posted January 31, 2007 Posted January 31, 2007 I have battled with knee problems since I can't remember when and have done the rounds with all the osteo guys....Ponky....Barlin..Uli...Rogan...etc. Tried all the options and the one supplement I swear by is AthroChoice and it has made a world of difference to imflammation and pain....
