Team Kit I don't get it

Well, these days most people have to have joined a club to ride any race so they will then have to have a club kit.....Surely you should be proud of your club and advertise their kit.

In my mind weekends and races are definitely club kit only. I ever only wear another kit if I'm all out and haven't done any washingEmbarrassed

Old kit is good for training in as long as the shammy is still good!!

I must admit, I was disappointed to see a fat dude wearing my old didata kit.....so even though I want to say I don't think it's an issue I think in one sense my mind also says rather don't!!!

Team Kit. I don't get it.

Why do overweight weekend warriors have to deck themselves out in full team kit.

In fact why would anyone' date=' who isn't being paid to?

I have one jersey with advertising on it, it's black and says Bianchi across the back. I got it free when I bought a Bianchi.

I agree. Aside from a club shirt, I will never wear something that advertises a business unless I'm paid to do so. I've always worn uniquely  coloured shirts. I'd reconsider, of course, if my Porsche driving, bike store owning relative sponsored me.

I actually wonder how the pro's feel when they see someone else wearing their kit????

But I'm guessing obviously the sponsors allow it, so they have no choice!!

the same way a pro ball player would, i guess: kinda chuffed. i reckon they would be flattered by having supporters. they're paid to wear the kit. it's not like the rainbow jersey, which is "earned".

This helps to pay their salaries and promote their sponsors.  So I would guess that they would want more people to wear their colours
