It sure as he got me over the infamous brick wall and stopped me bonking yesterday That also stopped my girlfriend and I last week when we heard her husband's car pull up in the drive way. Jules Posted January 26, 2009 Posted January 26, 2009 Pornstar, Dischem Norwood doesn't have your Pepto Pro gels. I bought a Kiwi but ended up not using it yesterday. Rode the race and back to the start on proper, solid food. Entirely celibate the whole way, too!

It just put the power back in your legs, had one 20km from the finish,my legs came back i passed guys that dropped me earlier and today my legs arnt a bit sore. Go crazy kiwi

NotSoBigBen Posted January 26, 2009 Posted January 26, 2009 In all my years (some 18 years) of racing (Duathlon, Triathlon, Cycling, IronMan, Ultraman, Marathons, Comrades) I have tried many different muti's and never found anything that gave me a sudden boost. Having said that I generally race with a 'feeding' strategy so for example rode Fastone with 2 SupaGoos and Fit Carbo supreme. Took 1 goo at 1 hour and another at 2 hours (rode 2:39) and drank most of a 750 bottle of Fit. So just maybe I'm never down enough to feel a sudden 'surge' .......

AndreZA Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 BTW, have you guys/girls/Thug/Holly Roller heard that they want to increase the amount of caffeine in regular and caffeine free coffee. Yes caffeine free coffee still contains caffeine just lest the regular but now they want to increase it.
