I have them on 2 of my bikes.  Perfect braking in my opinion......and look the business too!

Why do you want them, for the stopping power or the look? It's made from steel so it should work like any other make.

they did not stay true.

they lost their gold coating after day 1.

they squeeked and touched the pads because they are no good.

have standard XT rotors which have lots of surface area which means lots of contact with the pad.

 

Wind cutters look like this and only wiegh 88g. Not much braking surface here.

I would say Bling but then again they did lead me to going head over heels so I think they work when they want to....lol

They don't have much braking surface when they are standing still but when they are rotating it's almost a solid piece of steel. I could be talking crap, I don't know. Why change from XT? For the weight?

 

 

 

if you want lightweight go for alu ones. They will not last long but they are lighter.
