As was once said...Riding Italian is not about the bike or the equipment, its about riding with passion[/quote']

Okey dokes - so with an italian bike no more numb nuts & waiting for the thawing out b4 getting going in the bedroom? It's passion all the way!

Great, bike shop should push this point when selling.

You may just be asking for a flaming' date=' putting De Rosa stickers on a raleigh... That aside, vote #2 for dark[/quote']

?

Good point Droo?- but how many people are going to know the difference?

?

(especially if I don't tell them?.....umm yeah, ok might have blown that a bit then)

Your conscience, Joe. Your conscience. (Unless, that is, you've convinced yourself well enough to believe your sig...)

I definately not going to buy any frames or bikes from you JL Wink

Surely you should have called it a De Roosa or De Rose but calling a Raleigh a De Rosa .... NO MAN !!!!!CryAngryLOL

Nice one Racman - I'll ride my Di Rusa holding my Goochy handbag and wearing Seedy shoes.

Now here's the rub fellas.

Place your bets - is it a De Rosa or is it a Raleigh dressed up?

Anyone who knows me knows I've always had a Raleigh (from 3yrs old with a trike); but my IDT bike is a old steel De Rosa.

So whaddya say?

If there's still interest I'll take some close ups tonight and give you more of a chance.

Ahh good question. I think you'll find it's an optical illusion caused by subtle shading in the paint job. Much like someone can make their nose look smaller through the correct application of make-up.

So, with the right application of shading, I can get my wife's old Lazer to look like a Super Six?
