Some of the Friday guys may migrate to Saturday morning and therefore there is space availabe on the Friday afternoon and Saturday morning session. To save you the schlepp of sifting through all the threads, here's the jist of it all. Fork Service Worhops. Where? Kalk Bay.When? Friday 15 May or Saturday 16 May.What time? Friday 14:00, Saturday: 09:00Cost? R745-00.What's included? Everything needed for a minor service. In other words, everything except for oil seals and wiper seals. 99% chance that you can reuse your old ones.What do I bring? Yourself and your clean fork (off the bicycle) How do I book? Send an e-mail with your name, contact details and type of fork to johanatyellowsaddledotcodotcoza. Specify Friday or Saturday.

[/quote'] Funny you should ask....I've just booked my flight to Cape Town for the weekend of 15 and 16 August. I'll do a fork service workshop on Friday afternoon 14 August and General Repair and Maintenance on Saturday and Sunday 15 and 16 August.

I spoke to Johan about a month ago regarding this topic and he said that numbers are the name of the game in order to make it worth his while. I have spoken to some buddies and they are also keen. Calling all the DIY home mechanics out there, here's your chance to service your own fork and save some bucks.... I don't trust anyone with my SID Worldcup except myself
