Its a mountain bike. Its not designed to smash into rocks. Expensive lesson that I doubt you have learnt. Sorry to hear about the poor service but no bike manufacturer would provide any guarantee against that kind of impact. I doubt that is what you want to hear when you have smashed a new bike.
