dataylor Posted December 7, 2010 Posted December 7, 2010 I bought a Tacx Flow trainer from CRC. Paid R3000 including delivery and total customs / other charges came to R500. Paid for the trainer online on the Monday and received it in Cape Town on the following Tuesday (just over a week). Excellent service and definitely well worth it seeing as in SA I would have paid at least R5000!!

I see Sportsmans now sells the brand I saw them on a site in the UK for 179 poundsI bought a cheaper Tanita to try out, it has weight, body fat percentage, water percentage and sceletal mass. The readings other than the weight reading can be quite suspect/variable
