Just a thank you to my LBS for the great service.

 

Mailed them this morning with a little problem and not even 20 minutes later I get a call to confirm my replacement product is on its way and that they will call me the moment it arrives.

 

 

Now that is what I call service.

Marius that does not make sense. You said you got crap service and then you say you don't know.

hahaha, well, remember that day I was there and I ran into you as well?? That was lets see, maybe 2-3months back?? It was also the 1st and my last time I'll be going back because first impressions last. <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

 

I ask the one guy for a Price on one fo the Specialized Mtb frames, he could not thumb suck a price for me and said he needs to find out first so he took down my name and Cell nr and said he'll get back to me.

 

I waited all afternoon that day but he never phoned. I subsequently got a frame from some were else.

I've had problems with CWC once where i ordered an item on special and they were out of stock and promised to let me know when they have again, still waiting, another where i asked for more details on an item and received no reply.

 

I doubt if there is one shop that has 100% customer satisfaction, which ever business they're in.
