NCR - pls help with Opel complaint.!

I have major hassles with my local General Motors dealer. I would like to get straight to GM headoffice - does anybody have a contact in PE where I can complain about an Opel car problem. They just ignore me flatout at the local garage + give me lip when i complain, and this while car is still under guarantee.

Don't waste your time , go directly to RMI (Retail Motor Industry regulators) . They handled my problem fairly quickly . They got a web page , google it .

I think with the issues at GM lately you are bound to pick up problems in the short term.

 

It dosnt help of course, but it just has to effect a company, and hense the customer, somewhere down the line.

Yes Hellopeter can help but these motor companies does not belong to Hellopeter . If you in the motor retail you belong to the RMI and that makes things a lot easier .

Save it to buy something else.

Just want to thank Spud for helping me sort out the dealer problem, with my Opel. The dealer agreed to assist me and did what was required.
