From Total Illovo out to Hendrik Potgieter and, perhaps most importantly, to Fournos for breakfast . About 40km.

All I had to do to stay safe this morning was stay behind Zaskar on his mountain bike... crazy conditions, but a great ride nonetheless.

But you were like on the front quite a bit..... I had a nice ride with the "guard" right at the back of the bunch....

What guard was that? I was only on the front on the roads with streetlights... (all two of them )

Not early am, rode to the office along the Spruit,!

Crisp fresh air, mist and sunshine, mades me want to pedal til my lungs burst or my legs give way.

 

Up round Emmerentia/Melville/Westdene areas it gets thick, Westdene is still one of the best places I stayed. Will definately move back that side.
