MichH Posted April 4, 2007 Author Posted April 4, 2007 OK, my ride partner and I are riding from the BP garage on JG Strydom at 7am for about 2 1/2 hours. Fast-ish pace, we usually cover 45km, no stopping (ave 16+ km/hr). Mostly urban singletrack, with some short suburb tar sections.
