There was a break of 4 in the vets race but Jaco (Kakaa) won the VA's by farrrr so didn't really need to contest the sprint. VB's was won by Jacques Fullard over Moolman Welgemoed & David Garrett

Mrs Flemish Lion (is Jo registered here?)

Thanks Michelle!

Mrs Flemish Lion = Slo-Jo

A VC clipped her front wheel and she came down.

I got dropped fairly early on the climb, but managed to catch up to intern and the two of us kept a steady fast pace to the finish, catching all but 2 of the VA's which got us 3rd and 4th.

Well done Kakaa!!

how can there be 2 national winners be in in the Vets? Or did the Vets 50-100 meet up with the Vets 100-200?

Flemish....what we're wondering is why is Slo-Jo now with Cycle Lab and not Nashua anymore???

I was shocked when I saw this.

Hi WW,

Yes, I have changed teams:-) Long story...not for the hub!  Basically I wasn't happy there.  CycleLab are a very nice team, very organized, look after you well and I feel like I could grow here a lot more so we'll see how it goes...

Been sick the last few weeks and then had a crash during the race so hoping things will get better! Winter has been tough!
