Doing the Orbit Worcester 65km on 9 September, need to ride! I'm a newbie, did the Knysna 50km in 2:20, although when training I do 2 hours. ( think it was more nerves and that freakin big uphill going out of Knysna to Sedgefield) Help! Hi, i do about that speed and looking for company, i go out on bottelary way and do about 60km pn average.
