I am sure I'll manage or I will just have to. Generally I can go for a long time if not too fast. Looking forward to the ride.

All good.

The stronger riders will pace more and break the wind than those with heavier legs.

So, we can maintain a steady pace over the total route.

*sigh* the weather gods seem to have it in for me exiting a plane

AND small h wants to go again tomorrow  (she says she can't wait until 7th Jan). I just hope the wind is on our side this time  Will drop a note if plans change from this one.

Seems like those that did the charity ride yesterday got to see the Bianchi on the road (under my control) for the last time.

And I can't blame Sram for it. Bloody Shimano. :D

Yeah was a lekka ride with lekka company. Brekkie was not too bad either.

Wonder of dinosaur man got to jump out of a fully functioning plane this morning. Hope he did, as he must get his focus back. Lots of cycling to be done, and he is awol. :D

nb.

must say I like the Endomondo download more than my Polar's. Endo gave me 130km for the morning, at an avg of 34.5km/h. If I carry on like this, I can challenge Tiny one of these days. :D :P

My speed and distance sensor is in hospital. What was our avg and distance?

AND

Yes, Tiny K finally flew!

Evolutionary science do indicate that dinosaurs were the predecessors to birds... < not nonsense, but true >

JA maneer, I am giving you a chance to get fit to challenge me with your (faulty) stats.

Finally got to jump  Was flipping lekker but was slightly disappointed due to the lack of adrenalin rush.... I get more of a rush from racing or my notorious road rage incidents. Wanna go do it again early in the new year. 8 jumps and you progress to free fall  That sounds like fun.

Just remember, I will be on a new machine come the two passes on the 23rd  Lighter, faster and more wicked than the Bianchi - it's one mean racing machine

From my house, back to my house, 112.8km. avg of 27.4km/h. Bang on what you predicted. But I like the Endo version more

Glad he got it over and done. Let's hope it is out of his system now. (unless he wants to go and do freefall or Paragliding.)

Tiny, just remember, I'm almost double your age. Must go slow on the Old Toppies.

Glad you got your jump in, it is on my bucket list. See you are thinking of freefall (see my previous post). Now that must be a rush.

Best of luck with your plastic bike build. Can't wait to see it. Ps. Welcome to the club, took you long enough :D

Hi guys.

Thanks again for the ride. Was really great meeting you guys. I look forward to the next outing. I am heading to George on Wednesday and will be back on the 28th. If you cycle to Rooiels after the 28th I'll join you in Somerset West and tag along from there. Staying with my in laws to new years.

Have a good rest for the rest of the day. I just woke up from a lekker dos. :D

Was nice having you along. You are a strong rider, should improve your seeding rapidly next year.

Keep an eye on this thread, all "planned" rides will be here.
