Enjoy the ride and couple of public "cycling" days. Be safe on the roads!Also going to Mosselbay for the weekend. Not working on Tuesday, can go out for a ride (road or Mtb).If there is a ride on Wednesday, I'm in!!

I did a 6.72Km hike from Silvermine Gate 2, ave speed 2.5Km/h, 313m Ascent, Ave Hr 86 LOL - took my garmin with and used the spare mounting bracket and 2 O-rings and fixed it to my belt

DEAD!!!Did the 56 KM in 6H59, ( cutt off is 7H).Then decided "I ALSO WANTED TO DO A RUN", ran the 5KM FUN RUN IN under 24 MIN.FIRST RUN IN 20 "ODD" YEARS. TOMORROW the 56KM AGAIN!!!

The temp is a good discussion point and I reckon with a min temp of 3°C measured on my garmin, Headhunter had some pretty cold head wind to get through on his way to Graanendal.
