I promise you, if you purchase the software they will make sure they get it to work.I had a situation where I wanted to upgrade from wko+ to the full suite. They didn't have that as an option but ended up putting it on the site because of my query!!Am actually busy discussing an upgrade situation that is also not clear on their site - always get good service - often directly from Hunter! However should your PC crash or need upgrading it's a fairly easy and painless process to have the software re-activated. I recently upgraded to a new laptop. I migrated my old data went onto the cyclingpeaks website and had the software re-activated. I than hit a snag with the laptop whereby the whole software had to be re-installed. Upon the re-install I had the software re-activated again. This is by far the best software that I have used. It's much better than Poweragent that comes with the Powertap and Polar's software, that is already quite good. The diary function needs abit of work though. Should you be a numbers person and want to download every ride than this is one of the best packages around. After all the software was developed with the guidance of both Joe Freil and Andrew Coggan. The local agent is Carol Austin at Active Worx (0112341303). I click on bikemax (and on the left box - down on the page) I open the Cyclingpeak website. I order a WKO-ATHLETE for $99 Now: Will they e-mail that to me after I pay per credit card? [/quote'] I am not sure Joe friel was part of the development team - but certainly Coggan & Allen were the main players along with Kevin Williams and Jeffrey Horvoka. Enter a username and password - one that you used to do your evaluation.2. Purchase the product you want, process credit card etc, I think you will need to enter the serial number generated for your machine.3. They will mail you confirmation .4.
