If you go tubeless for DH get tubeless specific rims other wise your tyres are going to fall off but it not worth it unless you getting alot of punctures. You do get QR axle for the DH bike. In the western Cape proberly  Action cycles but they expensive and Olympic cycles has some stuff to.

jason: have u tried the Fox retail store in Canal Walk? they might be able to source it for you.

Luving the TLD sprint shorts. Fits well, breaths great too. Made of tougher than cotton material, but it doesnt rasp your nads.

and now that TLD is officially back in South Africa, according to NSRMTB.co.za, i'm super stoked. But I bet these ZA distributors are going to rape me thru my wallet for a D3 helmet.

Looking at getting the THE Celtic helmet instead off CRC. Craploads cheaper, and damn snazzy design. Willonly wear it when i take my bike out on a real date smiley17.gif

As DHK suggested, try Action Cycling in Cape Town. They are pricey, but they can get the stuff you looking for. However, dont discount getting your stuff from CRC. Cheaper, wider variety...i could go on and on.I know most of the components off my DH rig come from CRC. Yes, even my fork.

But if you don't want shop CRC, then u gonna have to shop around locally unfortunately, and even if you did, you wont find the variety you are looking for.

One last recommendation: greg minnaar racing in Pietermaritzburg. YOu will in all probability deal with Jeff, Greg's brother. but he is super helpful.

if you coming down DH2, turn left and follow the jeep track, then eventually you get to the tight left turn on the jeep track, and theres a big cement pipe that pops out from unter the road, and its always fast flowing and clean. if its been raining, there are two parts in the jeep track where there is drinkable water, ill show you on sunday?
