I have done it - absolute hell while you are doing the test, but you learn a bit more about your body.

I also had the SSSI do my Epic training program, and it worked out perfectly.

They also do the 20km timetrial so you can see where you are at the moment fitness wise.

Considering what we spend on our bikes and other equipment, this R300 will probably give you the best returns.

I would love to do it' date=' but I cannot find contact detail or a website about them.

Anyone?[/quote']

I don't think SUSPI have their own website yet - it is newly established.

You can try the Biokinetics website, although apart from the contact details, you may not find much useful info there.

Pansie, This is what you do, Me, MW, SmallRebel, Bertus, Landie, Gerrit and lot more have had these tests done for FREE!! All you need to do is when they are looking for LabRats you sign on and they test you for free. The last one paid out R5000, but only Landie and Gerrit took part in that one and lived to tell the tale.

Popeye.. What an eyeopener. I have done it  a few times. Like the other say; You learn a lot, but be sure, it is hel while you are doing it but at the end it is really great. Could you get hold of them. If not PM me and I will put you in contact. however the last price was a bit over R300 because they have had a slight increase in price, but it is still a bargain.  if you want to do it like every 6 months (like me) negotiate a deal with them and then you get it even cheaper. What is nice is that they also do the lactate at 4 millimol blood onset.

It was the finger pricks that I started to fear more than the step up to the next power zone. sore legs I could handle, but bleeding fingers was a new experience for me.
