Spat Posted September 1, 2009 Posted September 1, 2009 Hi Anybody use the training programs on the Argus website, they look quite comprehensive, think they were produced by Cyclelab. according to the programs all you need is 15 weeks of decent saddle time. Has anyone used these in the past tours and to what success?
Prince Posted September 1, 2009 Posted September 1, 2009 These on line training programs generally work as they are set up with more than sufficient training time so that nobody who follows it to the letter will fail and come back to the author and complain.
