Sergeant Mmako Mophiring said Petrus Motloung, 46, died whilebeing transported to Dihlabeng Hospital in Bethlehem from theMofumahadi Manapo Mopeli Hospital in Qwaqwa on Wednesday. Motloung was riding his bicycle along the main road in Bohlokong when he bumped into the pedestrian. "Apparently he fell off his bicycle, bumped his head against the ground and became unconscious." An ambulance was summoned and Motloung was rushed to Dihlabeng Hospital. "However he was transferred to the hospital in Qwaqwa for a scanto his head and was on his way back to the Dihlabeng Hospital when hedied." Just like it is compulsory to wear a helmut and to have a specified number and size of reflectors. Probably 90-95% of us are therefore breaking the law.
