whassup errybody!! ive recently taken up cycling but the cleats thing aint happening for meAngry. Its driving me insane and I've fallen so many times. Is there anything wrong with getting normal pedals just to at least see me through the 94.7 Shocked

Silly. Roadies have to ipod while riding. Any music is cool.

smiley36.gif I used my cleats on the MTB for the first time this weekend.

 

Fell over twice. Once in front of some spectators that made way for me to go through.   smiley9.gif

i rode with toe clips for about 5 months just thought id neva be able to ride with cleats once i got the shoes n cleats im loving every minute of it most of us fall but thts all part of it.btw i did hear that grass story does wonders.................Wink
