All of you who have been using only bike stores/shops.

There are many great online stores out there. The main problem is that, should something go wrong, your local bike shop and the local distributor of the product you imported for yourself will be none to pleased, and might not be all that inclined to help you out...

I would recommend comobike its a bike shop from italy and the owner is Brent Coppeland the guy who took robbie over!! I bought some stuff from them and got the stuff in a weeks time!

Heh I recommend  www.veloplus.ch   register (no cost) with them and they send the stuff to you before you pay for it, but then again suppose you have to live in Switz.
